About the Role
The Public Relation Specialist is essential to the success of the RICEPO PR & Marketing team, acting as a key support function to execute communication to our core audience. You’ll support the PR & Marketing Manager in day-to-day social media activities and execute on digital campaigns and projects. In this role, you’ll gain key experience in developing and implementing digital media strategies.
What you’ll Do
Support development of the RICEPO brand and voice on social media
Support day-to-day management of RICEPO social media platforms, including creation and distribution of content
Write on social media content, blog articles and other type of content
Engage with and drive growth of the RICEPO community across social channels
Organize marketing events, contribute ideas and reach out local social communities
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media and direct mail)
Maintain and manage relationships with RICEPO cooperating partners and contribute idea to promotional activities
Monitor and follow the work of existing sponsorship with student associations
Track key metrics, analyze impact of projects, and recommend new ideas based on findings
Delivering feedback on market trends based customer reviews
What you’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relation, Advertising, Professional Communication or related field is required
1-2 past Public Relation, Advertising, Branding or other relevant internships, or similar academic or professional experience
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
A love of food, hospitality, and interest in helping grow RICEPO brand awareness
